Day 1 - Chest & Back + Ab Ripper X:
The chest and back workout is a mixture of push-ups and pull-ups forms. The military push-ups were unbelievably hard. I hope by the 2nd week I can do at least two or even more of them in the correct form. The diamond push-ups were at the same intensity level. I had to do those on my knees. As for the pull-ups, I settled with a band and followed through as much as I can to offset from an actually pull-up.
The Ab workout was something I have never experienced before. I thought my ab workouts or the ones my past personal trainers made me do were extreme. I definitely got that wrong. I think I only did half as much from the DVD. I think I could have done more if I had done this workout prior to my basketball class. What is done is done. Just like what Tony says “Do your best & forget the rest.”
I can not wait for tonight's workout. I’m super hyped up for this.
