[There's a flicker of what may be the golden glow of a flame on Gellert's face, but it just makes the shadows surrounding him deeper. If anybody met him before, they'd now notice his features have lost their brightness and under his eyes are shaded darkly as if he's been having trouble sleeping. He shivers then begins talking to the camera

It is a nasty creature. You must be able to feel their effects, even if you cannot see them.

I'm not sure. I figured it was just some weird thing Discedo did with everything going black.

I don't know. I haven't been here long enough to really know. Somebody just said weird stuff happens here all the time.

Indeed, then all we can do is protect ourselves however we can.

If you can manage to hold on to your more optimistic thoughts you can ward off some of their effects - at least for a time. They can be relentless if they do not leave.
