There have been so many distractions this last week that the full impact of this is finally just hitting me.
I have no magical powers.
No, I do not care that people know this. I am not fearful of anyone trying to attack me in such a state. That is not an invitation but if you want to relieve the boredom.... How do you Muggles do it? Every day without even a tiny bit of magic. I was born a wizard so it's always been within me. Even when I was locked up before I still had a little to entertain myself on the long days and nights alone. I may have gone completely mad without it.

Severus Snape? May we please talk at some time? I am powerless and you can write through the journals. I don't have to see you in person. Hix, I am not approaching him. He is free to decide whether to answer me or not. You cannot punish me further for simply asking.
