Flooded - [Voice post]
[Laughter can be heard - it is vibrant and light and friendly laughter, nothing sinister at all. Then a voice, young and with a slight accent that may be recognised as Germanic. He says a greeting in Bavarian, more traditional German, French and Russian before he settles on English.]
