New Summer Catch-up Shows, III (of ?)

Falling Skies
(Swot Sisters)Spielberg is made of trying so hard to make me cry like every other episode. I did not expect to like this series as much as I did, and yet I did. Season 1 is massively, insanely strong. Season 2, also. My vote is still out on a handful of things in the middle of Season 3.

I am awash in dyspotian, post-apocalytics in my Summer catch-up's but I think this is actually the last one that counts as such. This show hinges on family, community, learning to survive, struggling to thrive. What hope and truth actually are, whether you should hold on or being willing to give up on either. What makes a person a person, who can change that and is it choice.

I'm definitely going to be in this one for the long haul, too.

(Even if I'm still figuring out the whole seven month gap between season two and season three.)
Orphan Black
(Everyone)Guh. Guh. Guh. Where do I even start? You know how there are books I tell you that I have to stay up all night watching? This was a 10 episode show and I had to watch all of it within less than 24 hours. Around sleeping. Around work. Around my evening plans. Because it was that good. It's entirely different kind of BBC series.

While reminding me of Dollhouse, Terminator, and several Science Fiction type books. It's all about clones, magic, science, love, family, sanity, insanity, secrets and truth. If you aren't watching it yet, you really should be. I definitely find it massively addictive and compelling. Amazing actors. (My favorites, at present, are Kira, and then Felix.)

Forth Coming Summer Shows (Currently in Catch-up)

Copper (in 1.03) - Steph
Trigun (unstarted) - Laura
Cleopatra 2525 (in 1.01) - Kimba
The Fades - Shaun

If you have any shows I'm not currently watching that you think I should get in during the next four months, feel free to drop me some advising for what and why in my comments!
