Today's Lesson:

If walking two hours screws up your knees, why wouldn't you want to go try the treadmill at full speed for your cardio twenty? Uh. Because. Apparently. We're going to work up to running. Very. Very. Very. Slow. So much for going back to miles. I made it 7 minutes, before I felt like my left knee was going to pop out of my body, and impale me with my running shoes.

Needless to say, Arctrainer for five minutes to warm up at the beginning and cardio on a bike. And we'll work back up to that whole mile warm up, mile cool down that used to happen. Which makes me a little sulky. But you know, I can live. I remembered head phones and I totally got to love on the weight circuit again.

Even if Texas heat killed the glue in my tennis shoes.

Second lesson of today. Do not leave your gym bag in the sweltering 105+ car.
