Nope, still haven't stop squeeing this morning.
There's been a confluence among four (or five, six, eight, depending on relation lines) of us toward BBC Robin Hood (Narnia, and Ambergeldar) in Milliways. Which led Rachel to watch Season Three of the show, and it led to my to rewatch the entire show, and then Georgia got on the band wagon, too.
And she watched the entire show, while sending the most amazing, hilarious reactionary e-mails. (I was so so so amazed she actually poured through Season Three in her two days, she did. But she is amazing, and she's managed nearly every canon I have. [We like to swap them! And I read The Ordinary Princess for her the weekend she started Marian's, too.) Unbeknownst to me, this all led to plotting on her part!
My last set of ooms for Marian, covering episode 3.02 "Childhood", was posted up into Milliways with the following icon, titled 'Mutually Assured Destruction' as it's rider:
Then, I received in the mail yesterday, a small package that I'd been expected, with an extra, hand knitted and beaded gift (based on having seen the icon above):
Which then, on my head, looks like this!
Totally in love with it (and her) and so amazed. It's been on my head pretty all but sleeping times. Fun to fiddle with and oh, so, pretty. And Marian. And Georgia. My heart is made of stars and hearts and flowers.
