This day had to be broken up into two sections, because on Tuesday night My Earl pouted at me greatly when I made the mention that I would be opening everything at my dawn. Which is five am. Which is two hours before I leave for work, and three before he comes home. I was, also, given explicit instructions not to touch my stocking on the mantle place until the next night, which just made me grin a lot.
That night, of course, was when I opened my Yule Letter early, and also when I made the decision for how I would divide up my day to still give myself a morning Yule and still have a Yule to share with Earl when I got home. Thus, in the morning I opened packages from friends, and I saved all the random mailers for the evening with my stocking and Earl's opening of all his presents from me.
Pictures though were taken much later than night. All the pictures, even from the entry of Monday presents. I loved all of this so much, and I keep beaming at the pieces everywhere.

(And Earl peeking out through it)
And these are the mailer pieces that were saved for the evening opening, all of which came from truly, beautiful, wonderful people who saw
my Wish List and sent me things out of the goodness of their heart.
8. Unloved jewelry has worked well in past years, too. Earrings, necklaces, pendants, bracelets. Earrings worked best last year and have all through this year on. They are still my random thing focus at the moment. I love common to bohemian to fancy, but I rarely spend more than three dollars on a pair of earrings. Ever. I really would like to have more of a collection of all of these though. If you're doing this one, feel free to even choose things you might not be wearing as much anymore over buying a set. After all, it is all new to me either way.
Seven sets of earrings (dangles with purple jewels [in my Purple Month, no less], copper four leaf clovers, golden leaves, silver gem butterflies, and black spirals, octopus, and golden circles) & one necklace (reading Love Beyond the Moon & Stars)
4. Tea! And tea, and more tea. I love tea. Love, love, love. I love black tea and green tea and white tea and red tea and loose tea and bagged tea and flowering tea. I love tea pots and tea cups and tea balls and tea related paraphernalia I haven't even found out yet. I would love to get tea, if you'd be willing to share a few packets of your favorite brand or a few packets of whatever you've got around that didn't work for you. I love trying all sorts of tea.
So very many different types of tea. Unpictured is that there were actually several cards that came with two or three bags in them, but these were the ones so packed they ended up in mailers or thick envelopes too fill not to see were gifts. So much tea, so many kinds. All sorts of interesting things to come.
