OMG. It took forever. I had like three different over-an-hour calls and none of them could help. One of them informed me that the girl in September lied to me. Two could barely be heard for most of the it. and Three couldn't breathe without her supervisor.

And then finally I logged on to the website and ordered it, with the help of my mother, and it took twenty minutes only. I fear the att people now.

Actually I paid for Early Upgrade. There was never a comment about termination?
