make me dance (i want to surrender) [(500) Days of Summer]
This one flows so well with the movie. I could see the flickers of how things change. And I really have to give the writer some kudos (on top of the kudos &heart) because the prose really does fit the feel of the movie.

Where Once the Queen [10th Kingdom]
This is a lovely little blend of real life and fairytales, with sliding, gliding voices. Sad, and creepy, and, oh, so, well, done.

Anonymous [10th Kingdom]
Perfect, perfect, perfect follow up to the crazy little show. This lit up my heart, and made me laugh, and gave me chills. Applause for the use of stories, subtle and broad references. How we grow into who we are, the stories we were, and the beauty in-between before we get to who we will be.

Commencement [A Separate Peace]
I love the way this one flows off the tongue and around the mind, and Finny is so compelling, just the way Finny really should be.

Eating Food in Different Places [Alice (2009)]
This is a beautiful little gem, written in just the right way to fit Alice and Hatter, and the ideas of passing between the thin veil between the two Carol worlds.

A Beginning in Eternity [Alice (2010)]
I really like the detail throughout this one. I like the riddle, and the parts with travel. I like how Alice's mind works. I don't like the ending not quite being any sort of an ending, but all the above was so good, I have to list it.

Impossible Things [Alice (2010)]
This is set far past the series, in a new Alice who is the original's granddaughter, and it had just the right mix of reality and romance, with wisdom that could be madness or madness that could be wisdom, depending on whose eyes you see it through.

A Picture in My Mind (All I Have) [All Dogs Go To Heaven]
Anne-Marie and Itchy after the end of the movie. This owns my heart a bit.

The Art of the Con [Anastasia (1997)]
Hee. A baby!con after the events in the movie. I admit to skimming little bits of this, but then Anya and Dmitri and Vladimir are truly right on the dot for character portrayal.

I've got Four Voices (the only one I hear is mine) [Animorphs]
It's a Tobias story, which, of course, means it's all sorts of rambly and beautiful and has much of things rushin_doll & trelali have made me fall in love with.

Star of Morning [Anne of Green Gables]
A beautiful little moment between Diana and Anne right before her wedding to Gilbert. Fanciful, ardent and beautiful. This was a joy to read.

All's Fair [Arthurian Mythology]
I wish it had more on the 'how' and 'when' and 'why' parts of the details, but here is a snippet of Arthur/Lancelot/Guinevere.

The Art of Courtly Love [Arthurian Mythology]
This is the story we all wish the trio could have had. It gives the best parts of it the bittersweet air, while never contradicting the end will be changed.
