I truly deeply feel this one already, Uncle Rob. And have been for a few months now, either feeling it or learning my new reactions to "iffy" others encroaching on it(/me). Reading it felt like hearing something ring out and realizing the bells inside of me were already singing it.
I'm doing so much better with this idea lately. With taking care of myself and making healthy boundaries in relationships even with acquaintances, being more choosy with who I am will to give everything of me to. And learning to accept that I don't have to give it all to anyone else even if they already are.
Growing up is hard work. But so rewarding.
