I will eventually physically adjust to this new work schedule of mine, right?
I keep putting myself to bed earlier and my body is all restless and waking up for an hour and half to two hours after I lay down. And then I yawn through my day, and try to convince myself no naps in the afternoon so sleep will happen at the right time, only to hit night time and have it repeat.
Maybe in another week it'll figure itself out. Or maybe afternoon naps for an hour or so will start happening regularly. But I'd really like it to be the night time sleeping eventually adjusts itself without complaint and waking up often.
