Day 04 - What you ate today, in great detail I'm not amazingly impressed with this one. Today wasn't either a very normal or exciting day food wise.
At six-thirty when I woke up for work, I drank the last inch of the small cherry-limeade Earl acquired for me near midnight the night before. Breakfast at work around seven-seven thirty. was a container of Stash Wild Raspberry tea, a Yoplait Fat Free/Light Pomegranate-Blackberry yogurt, and an orange. Jennifer drug me over to her part of work around ten for tamale's brought in by one of the coworker's in her bay in pork, beef, and chicken. I had one of each.
Lunch was the end of my tea, chopped vegetables (celery and carrots), string cheese, two slices of bologna, and a sugar free dark chocolate mousse. There was a serving-size cottage cheese I passed on, as well as a blueberry-raspberry applesauce that I never did end up eating it in the afternoon break as it had been saved for. (Reading The Lost Hero stole that focus from me, maybe.)
Dinner was a piece and half of sausage, before ritual while I was trying to get through a day’s worth of e-mail, the end of my Spirit activity write-ups, and the beginning of my Silverbow Class pre-reading.
At ritual during Cakes and Ales, I had two tiny shot glass cups worth of pomegranate-apple sparkling cider, as well as a teeny tiny sweet pumpkin tart. At the tiny feast after I had a small sampling of meatballs with pineapple sauce, strawberries, pineapple, a bite of the hard cookie hand made by someone, and one not good enough for the food inconvenience sugar cookie.
And there will likely be a glass of water or cup of tea before sleeping.
