I'm somewhere in the malaise of my week being finally over, and with it both Catherine's Wedding and Texas Public Radio's Pledge Drive, both of which I was involved in a large bit during the last seven days. So much so that for most of the days this week I was getting around four to five hours of sleep at the most before each new day began.

Meh. Didn't like this week's episode of Doctor Who at all. Started off okay, but it always annoys me how they seem to think they can get away with not having a plot if there's Daleks involved. I don't mind all the changes to the show though. I like that this show can get a fresh look every few years. Then again, I'm a huge Moffat fan, he's written all my favourites from the new series, and it didn't come as much of a surprise to me that the first story I haven't particularly liked from this season was also the first episode not written by Moffat.

I didn't think the plot made any sense. WWII planes in space what?!?. Have to agree with the comment above that whenever they throw the Daleks or Cybermen on the screen now, they don't even bother trying.

I'm finally, thoroughly tired of both. Can't we have a season without either of them for once? Twenty plus years of adversaries and we keep going back to the same two depleted wells.

Plus, I can't help thinking they got IAN MCNEICE(!) on the show and just wasted the opportunity.

*frustrated*
