Twelve Teas of Christmas by Ashby's Teas of London from Gordon!
A gorgeous Christmas sampler to drink during all my days through this season. It'll be an escapade of flavor adventures -- Ginger Peach Tea, Japanese Green Tea, Lemon Tea, Afternoon Tea, Darjeeling Tea, English Breakfast Tea, Raspberry Tea, Earl Grey Tea, Cinnamon Plum Tea, Chamomile Tea, Peppermint Tea and Apricot Tea!
I'm nursing a cup of the first to keep me awake long enough to do this post. It's a lovely black with ginger and peace. I'm rather pleased so far as the ginger is staying mild, while the peach likes to make its presence known just about when you swallow. The texture and taste of just biting into one.
At the top left, from
songtoisis, is a shirt pin with a beautiful flame and gold sun pin, which came in an also adorable little white box all decorated as a "Faerie Garden Fancy." I know just what to do with both of these already! Beside that is a pair of dainty, gorgeous earrings made by
winding_path. (Closer pictures will come when I'm not almost falling over from tired, I promise!)
Beneath them, from
moons_storm, is a plethora of BPal. Imps of Singing Moon, Eve 2005, Toad Hall, Chaos Theory V: Dorian Series CXVI, Cold Moon, Bitter Moon, and Earth Ox. Bottles with sniffies, tester amounts, or an imp or so's worth are Ice Prince, Goblin Story Time, Earth Phoenix, Metal Phoenix, and Candy Phoenix. A sample of the Dungeon Linen and Room Spray. Also, three Conjure Oils imps in Imbolc, Ice Moon, and Mabon. I'm a bit ecstatic about the little velvet bag they came in this time, too.
The book at the bottom, from my lovely
kyllo, is
The Chakra Bible: The Definitive Guide to Chakra Energy. And the tapestry to the right, which fills most of this picture, is the awesome of My Girl. Isn't it just sooo pettable and awe inspiring even from here?
I know I haven't opened everything (yes, it is all still waiting under the tiny bright tree). I still owe better pictures on some of these. Plus, pictures of what's trickled in from my kids/parents of my kids, too. But tonight I am soooo knackered I'm amazed I managed picture taking, uploading and writing at all. Cognitive sentences and conversation skills are nearly nil. But I wanted to start these posts the right way the first night.
I love you all and thank you so much for being part of my holiday spirits.
Thank you's as well to
thewinteroak, June, Ally, Grace, My Girl,
arizonaicerose,
canadabear, Rachel & Cecily (The Adorable), and
liviconnor for the cards that arrived on my desk in a pile today, too!
