I have replaced LJ Hook with LJAddons, which does everything Hook used to do, including right-click insets (invaluable for RP when you need unusual text or anything, also for pink sparkly!) but also - and I think you'll approve of this one - adds a tiny cross to any LJ cut, which you can then click to have the contents of the cut unfold on your friends list without leaving the page.

I love never having to leave my page.

It also adds thread unfolders and the like, and promises all sorts of things to do with "pattern marking" and stuff, but I haven't bothered with those - I mostly just love the right-click inserts and the inline cut-text/comments/everything opening.

Ummm. I have the little plus thing form one of the Greasemonkey things. I know I had LJ Addon for the longest time (a year at least), but I can't really remember exactly what it was the made me remove it. There was something.

I love page not moving. *cuddles*
