Eight Days of Happiness: Day V
1. This morning while prepping I was brought the mail. I got the most amazing surprise unbirthday box from thewinteroak. It all from the Renaissance Faire and arrived pretty perfectly on a morning that needed some brightening after my last few very hard days. It has a gorgeous leaf motif hair piece and candles and soap. I was so hugging my box this morning. It's soo awesome.
2. When I returned from IP classes this morning it was to finding cards from my Mother/Gordon and my Grandmother. Presumably these are birthday cards, but I haven't opened them. Since Beijing fell through, and then Australia, and everyone else has plans for being gone or people being in during Golden Weekend, so now these two cards pretty much are the sum of my twenty-sixth birthday next weekend. I'm kind of happy to know I'll have something waiting on me that morning now.
