Some more short joyful things

1. Dell is going to replace most of my computer before it's out of warranty at the rate we're going. Last month it was the LCD screen. Two week ago I traded out my cd player/burner. Last week it was the mother board. Today it was bottom plastics, keyboard/mouse pad, and finally a 90W adapater. The order placed today, for later this week or next, is for top plastics, feet, and screw covers. Soon the only old pieces will be my hard drive, and the tiny piece of plastic where Terry Moore signed my laptop.

This makes me giddy. It's like having a new computer, slowly, for free.

2. Yesterday I stopped by the Ninety-Nine Cent store before the home and mirgraine hell. I got some really cute and amazing things. Like my fruit market, I can never predict what I will get there. I have to start with say, my respect and glee for the store was maggnified when I noticed they were selling go!green recyclable bags. Bought small handful of things but the coolest were these:

I bought a triple set of fluffy, soft, pink Got Milk?things for Kathleen's new baby (blanket, bib, and I love mommy socks).

I picked up four different glass container Pom!Tea drinks. I'm totally in love with them and considering going back for more of them. The tea is great. But I'm even more sold on the fact I can knock it down and no liquid escapes because of the metal pop-top, even over the lovely tumbler glass part.

3. Kind of likes what she's presenting on tonight. Even if she hasn't started. Except for making notes. Oops? I should scamper off and do those things now.

tea, retail therapy, school, lap top
