A bit like home, and a lot like love ~ Schoolgirl Missive
While not sure of my first few hours of this new year, I am whole heartedly in joy of my first day. I have made an active beginning to it, crossing through things which possibly only existed in my mind. I was grateful to spend my entire evening with first Jon and My Girl and then with simply My Girl. I showed up with four types sushi in tow, as Jon had mentioned he'd never had it, and we proceeded to enjoy ourselves thoroughly while talking. I feel more relaxed and more myself since those times.
I came home only a few hours ago, promising for later days this week and next week. I need to make a point to do that much more often than I have, for both our sakes. I solved the problem with the music, including location the Closer Soundtrack finally (....so I could listen to The Blower's Daughter again. My this year New Years song). Plus, I've newly invented my reading filters for my journal, though it hasn't changed to be read filters at all so no worries on cuts or changes to what you view.
New reading filter set-up: Friends, Community 1 (Main), Community 2 (Icons, Graphics), Community 3 (Religious Beauty), Community 4 (Retail)
Also, speaking of filters....is there anyone who has joined recently who needs adding to the Music Filter?
Tomorrow there will be a trip to school, some sort of lunch and possibly many more hours of blissful vacation laziness. I plan to finally stop working and deadline crunching. After all it's only sixteen days until school starts again. A grand amount of time for me to find my vacation laziness and go stir crazy without classes and structure once or twice again until then. Must remember to look for my books for the last class tomorrow, too.
