Slow rolling morning

Sep 08, 2006 09:53

Lady beneath my bunk turning the lights on early, deciding that if she couldn't sleep neither would the other some twenty sleepers. It's already eight am, but I've been awake since about five. The Lost DVD set is only going to last me until around eleven o'clock, which means I will end up playing Guild Wars and reading text books for the rest of the time.

Boredom sets in, while I watch the grey clouds through the windows. Grey, almost crème-pink, as the sun begins to rise and I wonder if there will be rain falling through the day. The music plays in my ears gently, staring at the sand, trees and pounding waves in the show, I'm begun longing again for the beach. Perhaps late this month or during next month we can get in another trip to the beach. Which in parallel brings to mind the fact we could take another trip to Lost Pines.

This year I'd like to get in a trip to Lost Maples, too. After the leaves have changed colors and the wind scents the mingling winter. There should be camping then, too. Tents, curled up close, and very long walks. The further we get toward fall the more I long for the colors, scents and things of olden times.

Autumn is going to be such a very busy schedule for me already. I'm overjoyed by everything in my life working so right.

Love you all
