April the 9th: Not in DC
So yeah, the plans fell through and let me say, that took way more effort to find out than it should've had. As I said to my mom, I have no objections to raising a shitstorm when need be, but I want to do it right and in one go, not get rerouted through emails and such (which STILL no one has gotten back to, trying to think of how to address that without sounding too pointed). It took a friend who had the JCC prez's number to get me into contact with any real people and GAH, still so annoying.
But I hung out with Angela and Olivia in the afternoon so it was alright and I do have stuff to do. And I managed to get my prints mounted so that's one less thing to worry about, so today was alright even if I'm still peeved. So, to make this short, signing off, hopefully tomorrow's entry will be longer!
