February the 25, 26, 27, and 28: Hah, it's still February!
Yeah a bit late, on Wednesday (the 25th) I had a bad headache since I was also babysitting later I took a shower and that cut into my computer time. And with that money I bough The World Ends With You yesterday (Friday the 27th) and was playing that a lot yesterday and today. I only stopped actually because the battery on my brother's DS (I don't have one) died. It's soooo addicting, the battle system is really cool since you play on both screens (you use the stylus, or your finger in my case, we lost the stylus long ago, on the bottom screen and the keypad for the top screen) and it's really addicting. I had tried out shader's copy before and now we are going to have battles at lunch. This should be fun...
Another part of the reason I didn't post on Thursday was because we were doing this exercise in Christian Relationships about things we didn't know but other people did about ourselves and I was trying to think of a way to phrase all of it. Not in class, afterwards, but when should someone change themselves? Should they change because they don't conform to society, if they want to, or what? I need to type up my thoughts later since I found it more complex than I would have thought at first (also, to remember later that this is how I, a confused 18 year old, thought).
So yeah, the past few days have been calm (of sorts, not happy though, I discovered that the school computer ate almost all of my Mardi Gras photos including my awesome video of the monsters trying to get through doors). After my mom and I got epically lost trying to find a paint store today (well, maybe not epic, but we were taking instructions from the radio like "turn around" and the building that said "directions" and that city has waaaay too many one way streets) I got to school to help clean out THE COSTUME CLOEST.
Dun dun dun! I survived! And and and, you can walk through there now! And goodwill will love us forever for all the stuff we donated. Seriously, no one has any idea how all that stuff fit in there before, it's a huge mystery, and I gotta go back to school tomorrow for costume making and set building. Fun, at least I don't have much work this weekend.
Ah well, oh, I've started watching the new Fox (ew, Fox! It offends my liberal values!) show Dollhouse and it's meh. I'll keep watching a bit, but I don't like the pacing. Their moving a little too fast with the FBI guy, there seems for their to be no real reason for the series to have started where it did, and they are trying too hard to put in philosophy about who people are into the show. They're just trying to hard and it comes off sounding way too convenient, especially since it seems to do nothing. XD Eh, it might just be the show or it might be that I just don't like how most American shows are written/what they are written on/their pacing.
