In theory, because everyone will find who their counterparts do trust and obtain their letters of credit from them, in a hurry.

In practice, any more than usual, you mean?

Second in line after MY unemployed ass. I'm sure you could set up an informal practice in giving advice about who, exactly, is responsible for the bread line. My degree's in international studies and foreign languages.
