Surplus spending as a goal, pay-or-play national healthcare system, regulation of "vital markets" (automobile, agriculture, finance, &c.) with looser controls on markets that aren't likely to kill us if they die, a pacific (not, I note, pacifistic) stance on world affairs, Civil Liberties For Everyone, remodeling the educational system, and clean money.

So a little like the libertarians except not nuts.
