Hello everyone!!!
Well, I started a cleansing diet two weeks ago, Friday. I started weighing in at 280 lbs. Sure, the first few days didn't produce any results, and it just made me hungry, but I stuck with the program. Currently, I weigh 264. 16 pounds lighter, I am. I've also lifted to the point where I'm biking 10 miles a day. Today, I think I'll do 15.
