(no subject)
i've not updated in some time. i apologise. i'm a bit drunk at the moment so i feel this is a perfect time to update.
so these last few weeks have been fun but sad. i'm going to miss people. i was finally starting to solidify my friend base here and now i go home. i was named lookout for god sakes (formerly salesman, but this makes no sense unless you know the captain) and so i'm in charge of looking out for these guys. overall i don't see any problems unless people refuse to communicate but it still feels like i'm letting them down. i've packed and gone places and tried to make the most of my time left but it just never seems enough. at least there will be time to see almost everyone come march.
not to say i don't miss everyone from home. i do. i really do. it will be great to see people. i'm just a little drunk and a bit dipressed.
anyway i've got all my shopping done... i think. i've spent sooooo much money, but i'm not going to think about that. i'm going to go to bed shortly, wake up, finnish packing, and then get on the evil 13 hour flight from hell.
my last night was good. i enjoyed it. even the captain feeling a bit of his weakness. so for those of you who know, tell him to trust himself and not doubt so effing much. i've discovered soco goes down like water after you've had a drink and that insta-sober still holds true even in japan. i've also realized i will miss good public transportation and hermes green tea liquer.
so with that i think i will leave you now and go to sleep off the last of my drunkenness. i will see you all soon or if not i will remember you all fondly and i hope to see you again. good night and sweet dreams.
