So, the Cardinals lost,
but I don't really care. I wasn't paying much attention either way. I'd really rather watch college ball, though I have enjoyed the Falcons this year. Call me a fair-weather fan, but I'd rather watch Matt Ryan lose with humility than Michael Vick win and be a jerk about it.
My birthday week was awesome! Monday I saw both the parents, talked to the sibs, my aunt, and the boy on the phone. I also got texts from a couple of friends, happy birthdays from a bunch of facebook pals, and good wishes here from
nattieb, queenb23more, and grownuphermione. Nat also sent me the cutest birthday card and some itunes to work on my Doctor Who collection! Thanks, hon!
Also, a good friend took me out to dinner on Wednesday, and in doing so we raised money for a good cause, so I was all about that. And that morning I was going to treat myself to a chai and when I walked into Starbucks the lady in front of me was actually a drug rep buying for my office so I didn't have to buy my own. How cool is that?
I'm trying to decide if I want to sign up for weasley_fest. I mean, Weasleys! But I've never done an exchange fest before and I'm wibbling. I actually have been writing some again as of late, so that's good.
I have to go running. I'm going to sign up for a 5k so that I'll go. *nodnodnod* Please, y'all, check with me on this. I need to get up off my butt. I haven't been motivated to do much of anything recently.
