That's the title of the stimulating training seminar I'm sitting in right now.  Yes, folks, it really is as exciting as it sounds.  It's part II in a two part super-duper librarian computer program training series.  I got to skip the first one because I already know how to check-in and check-out books and run overdues reports.  Aren't you all so proud?  I know you are.

I have to get back.  I think the speaker is getting suspicious at the amount of typing coming from my side of the room.  I've already had to Alt+Tab a few times.
