roomies needed yo
okay so the bills are stacking up and my hours at hot java are being cut seriously. i need roomies. like asap. now there are two things that can be done as far as living places concerns. i and one other person could live here in my apt comfortably. OR since my rents are moving i can take their house: 3 bedroom 2 bath kitchen living room dining room den and laundry room. however that would run for more money. so that's the deal.
here are the requirements:
1.no drugs in the house. if i find them or it becomes a problem then i will have one of my cop friends search the house for me.
2.all money for bills will be gathered a week before any of them are due.
3.no big parties, i don't mind if your friends come over but nothing big.
4.respect your roomies. esspecially me, cause i can and will kick you out.
5.food will be split. if you specifically bought something and want no one else to touch it put your name on it. no name no claim.
