(no subject)
I've decided I'm going to reread All Quiet on the Western Front. All my fellow Paragoners probably think I'm on crack, especially since I hated it when we had to read it the first time. I have a feeling it might possibly be a different feeling now. I'm not sure why, but I'm going to read it one way or the other.
I love summer because I have a chance to read - there's this whole list of stuff that I want to read which I haven't had time to read during the school year.
Another thing about the summer vs. the school year: Somehow I always have considerably more money during the school year. I think that after July 10, I'll be broke forever.
July 3 - Bob Schneider at The Pier
July 8 - Schlitterbahn (man, what a complete waste of money...oh well, I want to see two-thirds of the people)
July 9 - Party of some sort (more details later)
July 10 - Cake at Stubb's
I don't know why I'm updating with all this random stuff.
I'd decided a couple weeks ago that I was going to use another journal to write stuff so that I could actually remember things that happened (instead of trusting my crappy memory), but that lasted about two days before I gave up. And that's a shame, because a lot of stuff happened that I would like to remember. Oh well.
I hope everyone's having a good summer so far...
