Lawyer has been contacted, faxing over lease agreement and the police report I filed on the jerk tonight. I still don't know what his game is, but he pushed his way past my son with a video camera saying he needed to do a "walk-through" at 1:00 in the afternoon when I had just fallen asleep 4 hours earlier after coming off two 12-hour shifts in a row. I said no. No means no. He did not give me a written notice, and there was no emergency or present danger.
If he coughs up my security deposit, I'm willing to forget his invasion of my privacy and his harassment. We'll see.
