Today I got up at 4am and walked one mile. I'm going to try to do it regularly in the morning, since I'm always too tired in the evening after I get out of school. I'm trying to find a way to get rid of built up stress, and there is no better way than exercise. I've got a 45 min oral presentation to make next week, plus a 30 plus page research paper so I'm kinda stressed out. Walking really helped. Maybe I'll loose some weight in the process. This could be the start of a new me. I hope so and I hope that I can keep it up. I'm also going to try my best to track it so that I can't make excuses when I don't do it.
