For those of you not up on the details, the Vermont senate has passed a gay marriage bill, and the New Hampshire house has passed a similar bill. The governor of Vermont is likely to veto, so now this issue is if they have enough votes to overturn that, and the governor of NH is against gay marriage, but we don't know yet if he's likely to veto. And the California Supreme Court has 69 more days to make a decision.
