It's in my wallet
Hmm I haven't updated my LJ in a while...
Anyway, I just wanted to share an experience I had on the bus last night.
So some woman was sitting behind me, middle-aged, polite, caucasian woman. She dropped a $2 coin and it rolled off somewhere. I think she might've missed her bus stop just looking for it. Anyway, she kinda mumbled something saying that she wasn't getting off the bus until she finds it. Another woman in front of me asked what she was looking for, and I replied a twoonie. She started laughing and sort of said out loud, "I found it". So the first woman asked her "Did you find it??". Of course she said no and the first woman was getting pissed off. The one in front of me finally said "Yeah I have it, it's in my wallet". The first woman stormed off at the next bus stop.
It's weird how a mean thing can do good for someone. If the woman didn't say that it was in her wallet, she would've kept searching and wasted a lot of time looking for that twoonie. Who knows, her bus ticket could've even ran out of time and she'd end up having to buy another one. Interesting things happen on the bus ^^
