Wha... what? What is this!? ... This isn't... where I was... What's going on here...!?

... Wait... I see what this is. Ooh, that little fool... Think you can trap me in a dream, do you? I won't stand for it! I'm not just some garbage you can throw away any time you like, you know!

When I'm out of here... Ooh, you'll regret this insult for sure,

[the cake is a lie], [ha ha fuck you other!len], [white len (ou)]

My "better half". She's a miserable, insufferable little fool who would like nothing better than to be rid of me for the rest of her days...

Ugh, what am I doing... You're PART of her silly little ploy, aren't you? You probably know it better than I.

It does not sound like she is the better half if that is how you describe her.

... I do not -- I am not a part of any ploy.

Hence the sarcasm when I said "better half". She's a pathetic, selfish thief.

... You WOULD say that, if you were. Do you have any actual proof that you aren't? You'd better have one damn good thing to say to change my mind if you don't.

I see. I did not notice the sarcasm. ... Understood.

Would I? I would have no reason to lie to you if that were true. ... Any proof? What proof would I need to prove that I am not?

Good point. Ugh, now I feel like a fool. What proof COULD a figment of a dream give me? And if she is in control of this, what proof couldn't she put in to throw me off? That conniving little bitch...

Fine! You have something to tell me? I'll listen to your story! Better tell me what you think this quick, or I'm leaving.

It is in some ways a paradox, yes.

Yes. This is Template. It is a city. Most that come here are dead. There are three levels to this place -- first, physical, second, digital, and the third is unreachable as it has nightmares in it. It is a welcome to have you here. And, as it seems customary, I would like to give you a hug. It seems from your mood that you are in need of one.

... I'm not dead. Know that now.

The third level is of nightmares... Hm. If it is a dream, it's rather elaborate. I'll give her that.

... That won't be necessary. A hug will do nothing for my mood. [b-backing up a little]

You are one of the few, then.

Nightmares may be metaphorical. I am uncertain.

[head tilt] Are you certain?

waltzwaswhite December 18 2007, 02:18:39 UTC
...... Of course. I wouldn't expect anything less.

Hmph. And just who claims that this third "level" is of nightmares of any kind in the first place?

Absolutely. I don't need anything like that. Just- just tell me where I can find something sweet to eat, if you want to make me feel better!

If that is what you believe and say, then I would not either.

Skeith.

How odd. I rather like to receive hugs. But I am told that not everyone likes them. Is it because I am a complete stranger?

Hm. That would be a bakery. I could take you there if you wish.

Hm. [nods stubbornly. :<] I see. And is this Skeith a trustworthy individual? If you believe everything you hear, people'll use you like a tool for their own ends.

No. That could be a reason for some, but I have my own reasons. And yes, please do. A bakery should have some manner of cake.

I believe that Skeith is. .... A tool? I do not know why people would feel the need to do so. It is difficult for me not to believe everything that I hear.

I see. [nods -- before pausing to ask] Is it your birthday?

People can be like that. It's because they're either too lazy to find another way, or they think it's funny. And if that's the case, then just do whatever's easier for you. If you can accept whatever may result from it, or not. I don't care either way.

Not at all. But a slice of cake would do wonders for my attitude right now. And some tea wouldn't bring any harm, either.

Understood. Yet you took the time to explain to me these things, for that I am thankful. I shall try to be a little less believing in what others say.

Understood. I do not know how to make tea, but I am certain we can find a shop that sells tea.

[would state times when it's good to and NOT good to do that, but since that could be amusing, she'll just leave it at that] Good.

Oh, I can make tea. It's just getting the materials I need to worry about. You're convenient enough just telling me where the bakery is, so don't bother yourself with it. Of course, a cafe should also have tea and cake, logically. Unless they're different here. [and lol she's so intending to make you pay since she doesn't yet know the whole 'everything-is-technically-free' rule]
