SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME HOW I CAN EAT 1200-1500 CALORIES A DAY COMPOSED OF HARDLY ANY CARBS AND MOSTLY VEGETABLES AND PROTEIN, AND HOW I CAN EXERCISE HARD AND OFTEN, AND YET I STILL CANNOT LOSE ANY WEIGHT.

i feel like a huge fatass.
