I've finished season one and the first episode of season two and I am still very much loving it. So many fantastic characters - Jane, Lillian, Libby, Margaret, Betty... I don't really care so much about the leads, Bill and Virginia, but that will likely come as no shock to PRETTY MUCH EVERYBODY HERE.
I suspect I would not get on with the vast majority of fandom, given Bill seems to be roundly adored and I can't stand him. I mean, I enjoy him enough as a character (say, in the way I loved to hate Mark Sloan), but as a 'person', I think he's a douche-bag. Fandom does not appear to agree with me. LOLSURPRISE! On the other hand, Ethan, equally douche-bag-ish, is loathed by fandom... and I really enjoyed him! /FAIL.

In news that approximately ONE person on my flist is likely to give a crap about and I don't even know if she still hangs around these parts..., I have tickets to the Cricket World Cup final at the end of March. It is going to be fucking epic. Basically. I am hoping for Australia/New Zealand or Australia/South Africa. And if not Australia, then New Zealand/South Africa.
Also, may we all (well, probably just me) please take a moment to enjoy the fact that, due to an abandoned match (thanks heaps, Cyclone Marcia), Bangladesh now have the opportunity to KNOCK ENGLAND OUT BEFORE THE FINALS EVEN START. Best. B. E. S. T. Even the knowledge that this is a mere possibility has got me giddy!
