I'm thinking about organising a book swap type thing. Like, people indicate they want to participate, and I'll randomly match them with both a recipient and a sender, and they'll choose a book from their own collection (doesn't have to be new, in fact, used is probably more fun) to post to their recipient, and look forward to seal clapping when something arrives in the mail from their sender. There'd be other rules, like subject matter and the like. And maybe there could be a part where you write an inscription in the book's cover? Or something? I don't know. This just came to me in the shower when I was thinking about why I'd recced drzlilsuga 'The Sound of One Hand Clapping', by Tassie author, Richard Flanagan. I'm a bit hazy on the finer details!
