She still has her edge, but you can also see where she has grown during her time away at Mayo. THISSS! This is exactly what I was trying to get at when I wrote her cameo, so I am super pleased that it worked for you the way I intended it to *dances!!*.

I'm also glad that you allowed Izzie to build a decent life for herself away from Alex. She wasn't miserable without him. I think some authors would have went for the cheap shot and had Izzie unhappy because she left Alex in the manner she did. If there's one thing I can pretty much ALWAYS be counted on for, it's never taking cheap shots at my Queen, Isobel Stevens! She was(/is??) my first ever television ~love!! And you're right, it COULD be easy to write her as unhappy and unable to live without Alex and haha serves her right, but... she lived for ~30 years without him before then and did just fine. I'm not saying she wouldn't be ~affected by what happened between them [because, DUH!!], or that she woulnd't still love him [also, because, DUH!!], but I do think she could ~live ( ... )

Oh wow,I love this so much, it's so beautiful and perfect, I love Izzie's voice here, and the way Cristina's presence was interwoven in without being in the way. And the cat called Yang and the last line, brilliant.

Thank you for reminding me that I'm STILL not over them and that I will never be over them. :-( OH, BB, I KNOW!!! And I am right there with you on this fact. I've given up even pretending that it's going to happen now.

Why are you not part of the Writers Team? The absolute, hands down, number one thing I would do would be re-hire Katherine Heigl. The second thing? CAST SOMEONE TO PLAY AMBER AND HAVE HER TURN UP, STAT!!!

And Cristina (and Meredith) were PERFECT at the end. HEEE. THANK YOU! At first I was like, hmmm, is this a bit too much? But the more I thought about it, the more I convinced myself it's totally something Cristina would do. Both the walking back in in her PJs and the calling Meredith parts! Haha!
