MarsCon '07 Here we come!
"...Mermaid hugging a dolphin..."Whew - I'm counting down til the MarsCon Sci Fi Convention in Williamsburg Virginia this weekend (Jan 19th-21). I have discovered the Sci Fi con circuit to be an interestingly odd yet *fun* place to do henna!
Anyone recall when we did Mehndi at Trinoc*coN 2006...?
This weekend my friend Terry and I will be set up at a table to draw on folks, and I also get to teach a 1-hour workshop on Saturday!
Counting down:
***Pack my new MemoryStore cart with my henna stuff (it's on wheels, with a telescoping handle - Wo! what's up with that Amazon price? I paid about $22 at Costco! Yay for Costco!)
***Have Terry draw all over my legs for me Wednesday - planned. (yes - pix will be forthcoming!) And draw all over my own arms...
***Create a few workshop henna-kits for sale - planned.
***Be sure of my Workshop itinerary... Eeeek!! ummmmmmm.... working on it...? How hard can it be?

*Proper use & mixing - need to type that up...
*Educate: Say No no NO! to Black Henna... (yeah - I know - it's ugly. But it's out there, and people do it. And people who are ignorant of its dangers have it done on them - so EDUCATE! Say NO to Black Henna!!!)
*...and then let 'em draw on each other for a bit!
