Some days it's hard to be anything but hyperaware that being alive is a really insane thing. And that everyone has their own intense worlds going on at the same time is almost incomprehensible. This is pretty much how I always feel. Particularly when in New Paltz.

Somehow bagels from the bakery always made it all better. I think. I might just be craving bagels.

Because of this comment I bought a whole wheat everything bagel at the bakery with scallion cream cheese and ate it in your honor for breakfast this morning. Just so you know.

um, ditto, ditto, ditto. the idea that no one, NO ONE, is sane, is one of the Really Big Things ive realized in the past few years. it's a particularly big one. and now i want to go to the bakery. hooomg banana chocolate chip muffin, i will ravish you.

(and let the record show that when writing does come out of you, here? i love it so, always.)
