Quick SotP because I'm trying to be better at keeping up with these! Ignore if you don't know TR, yadda yadda.
In general, I had a WAY better month than the last few, even if I'm still a ridiculous slowass on everything except Sean tags. Which is pissing me off, because I'm really liking pretty much everything I've got going, I just... fail at it all. So yes, PSA to everyone I thread with: when I take forever to tag you back, it's not because I don't love the thread, it's because I seriously have the attention span of a five-year-old these days. I'm getting better, though! Improvements are improvements.
Wanda: Still in about the same place she was at the beginning of the month, that is to say not a very good one. She's handling all the recent disappearances a lot worse than I would have expected her to, honestly, which is interesting. No man is an island, and all that. Still, she's got Robin, and now she's got Peter and the medical supply thing to pour her attention into for a little while, which should be enough distraction for her to realize that she's actually doing alright by the time it's done.
Hush Plot: Yes, and I think that'll be when I give her her item. Because hey, what's worse than finding your corpse? Finding it and being unable to explain why you need help lugging a statue of a half-naked guy back to your place, naturally.
Time Loop: At some point, definitely, it's just a matter of figuring what of. The thing about all her big regrets is that they basically consist of just going "well, I guess I shouldn't have done that, then" and then life would have gone on as usual. Maybe something involving her death? Like, she can try to avoid the fight with Caliber completely or not transform into Sasquatch to avoid getting taken over by Tanaraq until it clicks that she's got to transform and fight Tanaraq's influence herself (himself, whatever) and just wind up getting killed as a human instead of a Great Beast (i.e. permanently) to prevent all the grief that came later on as a result of her surviving? I'll think on it.
Sean: I say it every time, but goddamn, Sean. Shut the hell up. So he moved in with Meredith, which is something of a big deal, and will give me plenty to work with. Even better, he's got more immediate plotty stuff as well, which will likely put all that on the backburner and just exacerbate everything. Yay! He's got a lot more dramaz these days with Meredith and that doesn't look to be letting up anytime soon with Hushplot and Sadie coming up, which I think is a good way to make up for how disgustingly happy he was for a while, there. Smooth sailing just isn't in his genes.
Hush Plot: Oh, totally. And he's not going to take it well, to say the least. He's been without his powers for going on two years now, so it's not as big a deal as it could be, but it's a pretty good reminder of that and serves as a sort of island equivalent. And it's canon that losing his voice makes him do stupid things, especially relationship-wise. XD He's not going to be spiraling into any deep depressions or anything, but it's going to be a pretty moody, bitchy, boozy couple of days for him. I kind of want him to get into a fight actually, but it's such short notice now. Any takers?
Time Loop: It's pretty much guaranteed as some point, but again, I have to figure out a good one. There just aren't that many things he's screwed up that could be fixed in a matter of hours or that would make much of a difference to him once it's all done. Right now I'm thinking his confrontation with Tom over Maeve's grave just so he can comes to terms with how badly he fucked up there and move on with it, though that doesn't really lend itself well to bringing others along with him.
Felix: Felix, Felix, Felix. I got nothing. He did speed dating, which I totally failed miserably at, but whatever, he's involved with the museum project because what he totally needs is MORE to do, yeah right, but other than that, it's the same old, same old. He just passed his one year, and I swear to GOD I'm going to give him that radio post I've been meaning to give him for months now. Also, he's due for two items now, and I'm pretty sure I know what they both will be (the transcripts from his divorce proceedings and his parrot, Albert), it's just a matter of figuring out if I want to give him the depressing one first or the cracky one.
Hush Plot: While the idea of him going around playing charades with everyone cracks me up, I'll probably have enough on my plate as is with Sean. I might change my mind, though.
Time Loop: I'd like to, eventually, but I can't really think of anything good for him. The best thing I can think of is the final fight of the horrible vacation where Gloria told him she wanted a divorce, because knowing Felix, there are about a thousand arguments he could have with her before he wises up and tries to see things from her point of view.
Remy: Well, I did a little better with him this month in that I actually wrote a few tags, but I'm still failing miserably. But like I said earlier, a step in the right direction counts for something, so I'm a little less concerned than I was last month. Nothing new on the docket beyond ongoing Rogue crazytimes and backdated stuff with MJ, but I really do want to give him his item (and first EP ever, lol) for his one year, so we'll see how that goes.
Hush Plot: He's no stranger to silent brooding, so nah. XD
Time Loop: Maybe eventually, once I get my stuff in line and organize it with people, but it wouldn't be for a while. And it would obviously have to be the Mutant Massacre, dur.
The Future: I'm set on Amelia Earhart from Night at the Museum just as soon as I have the reqs to back it up, and May Parker from Spider-Girl is still in line right after that. Nothing new there. Beyond that, it's something of a toss-up between Margene Heffman from Big Love, Alex Karev from Grey's Anatomy, and Andrea from the Walking Dead (eeeeee AMC greenlit the series), but PotF might have a few surprises in store.
