2010 WSOP Starts Today
I'm signed up for the $1k donkament. Slept all the way in to 5:30am today so it's only about 20 hours of awakefulness til the day is done. Assuming they get a 37,000-person tournament started on time. jorj said the $50k mix started a half hour late, and that had like 100 people or so.. The mode result for me in these tournaments has been out by the first break, but if I get past that it's been +130 buyins. So it could go either way. Any Phoenicians who want to watch the Suns game w me @ 6? It'll be strange watching a game live after 96 games in a row this year on the DVR sans commercials...
They've expanded the playing area and I'll be damned, but it sure seems like the field is getting younger every year.
