My initial reaction is to suggest that any type of romantic or sexual liaison is doomed to failure for these two. The logistics of coordinating a relationship for them is staggering in itself, without even considering the additional emotional toll. I think it's pretty clear from their interaction that they'd desire seperate partners, but how does one arrange these liaisons when genitals are a shared resource?

On the other hand, there is some hope here, because I would also have thought they wouldn't be able to do something like use a keyboard either. The amount of cooperation required for them to type is mind boggling, and suggests that there is something else neurological going on, some shared use of opposing limbs that not even the two of them are aware of. Given that, it's not entirely unfeasible for them to make arrangements for a shared or individual tryst. Given the physiology of the twins, it may even be possible for one of them to engage in sexual activity while the other is unconscious, or simply preoccupied with another activity.

They've already managed a number of remarkable activities that many people thought wouldn't be possible, so I believe they'll approach this obstacle with some amount of success as well.
