He was in a slightly schmoopy mood, granted, so he started with the first time he remembered meeting Nadia, their first time sparring in the gym, Carita's, the superball war, singing day, her turning Lucas into a tree, accidental kissing, her reaction to the accident with Victor's claws, Sloane, the ugly aftermath of that, how she'd been there for him after Victor left, prom, on purpose kissing, guitar practice, threats from her/their friends, and at last, that she trusted him enough that when he'd said "You're going to have to trust me," and told her to jump off the roof, she had.
All things considered, "friends with kissing" didn't really seem to do it justice.
