Global Village
I realize its absolutly balmy of me, totally dropping off the planet all the time with no real explination... So here you go!
I love the power of the global connection. It led me to the doorstep of a couple of uni students, who were willing to put me up for a few nights rest. My god it was brilliant, i bloody well miss them already!!
They are Lit. kids in different specializations. (Ie, ones Theater/English Major... ones American and Mediveal lit... ect) But basically, they knew their shit! It was amazing to sit round and have a real conversation with them. They remindedme of alot of people from back home (6 days!)
But yes, They also lived on the south bank, and therefore i got to see what real london life is like. Actually, they took me to London too, after i expressed a wish to go to the globe theater and watch a shakespear play. For five fucking quid(!!) we got the groud pit seats, and it was BRILLIANT!
I also did the leisurly things - frisbee, movies, Tate Modern, waltzing around town, and i learned alot of cooking. In 3 days? Damn!
Anyways, ive run out of time. But ive left them (tearfully ill add) and instead am now on my way to stay with a new group up in Camden Town (still in London fyi) Soooo yeah. Till next time then? LOVE!
