Ahh..what a semester
So, this semester has been crazy as usual. It is already November 1st. I can't believe that school is flying by so quickly this semester. It is nice that in a month and 6 days I will be 21. Yea! I am super excited for that. Now I can go out with Erika, Jen, etc. and not worry about being the only one not 21. Now Ryan won't hate me because we can't go somewhere because I am so young. So that is very exciting. 11 days from today I get to see Ryan and Kelly. I am VERY VERY excited about that. I haven't seen the two of them for almost 40 days now. It is hard not seeing your boyfriend for that long. But soon I get to see him and everything will be better. Hopefully. Right now I am at work, updating my journal since there is nothing else really to do. I like it this way though. I always get stuff done that I normally wouldn't do, update my journal, write letters, etc. It is a very convenient job. So tonight starts Lyre Week. It is the week right before initiation. It is a crazy busy week but I am so excited for it. All of the new members will soon be lifetime members! It is just crazy to think that recruitment has passed, and even their new member period is almost done. Man, am I getting old. Elections have started. I am excited about that too. I have a lot of new ideas which is always exciting. Wow, I just noticed that I have said exciting a lot. Well, I think I need to find a better adj. So, my brain is definitely on overload. I can't wait for this semester to be over just because I want to have some relaxation. I don't think I will have that much because I will be working, but some is better than none. This semester has been a lot of fun so far. I miss Donna like crazy, but I have gotten really close to Erika which I absolutely love. She is such an amazing friend. I really don't know what I would do without her sometimes. She is always so up beat and wanting to help. I don't know how she does it sometimes, but I really think of her as a role model. I know she probably doesn't want to hear that, but I think she is. When I think of someone that has the spirit of Alpha Chi, I always think of her. I am just so lucky to have her as one of my best friends. Anyway, this semester is crazy as stated previously. I am gonna do some studying. I'll update on some upcoming events!
