It feels so good to officially be enrolled in school again.
TVCC has yet to catch on to phone/web registration, so you have to stand in line. Since my parents are out of town, I'm watching the baby. I had her in a papoose on my chest the whole time. Apparently, females are inexplicably lured to a baby like moths to a flame. Even more so once they realized that she was not mine, just my sister. I'm gonna start taking her to even more places than I already do.
McCalister's Tea is right up there with Michaelangelo's David and Einstein's Theory of Relativity. I purchased 2 gallons today. Only one will make it through the night.
Speaking of my sister, I spent all day lugging her around town, and I now am even more convinced than ever that the great calling in my life is to be a father. I want to raise boys who have a hungry warrior spirit and follow God's own Heart. I want daughters who know that they are beautiful and know how to be the companion of man that God intended them to be.
Today was probably one of the best days of my life. I exercised, ate well, got my butt back in school, spent time with my sister, worked pigs with my brother, and had a talk with him about God. Then there's that McCalister's Tea.
Speaking of delicious beverages, I think I'll end this perfect day with a Shiner, and a couple of quotes:
"Beer is proof that God loves us and wants us to be happy." Benjamin Franklin
"Our country won't go on forever, if we stay as soft as we are now. There won't be any America - some foreign soldiery will invade us and take our women and breed a hardier race." Lt. Gen. Lewis B. "Chesty" Puller, Nov. 10, 1950
