here in aggieland...
Well to start this lovely journal out... I must say that I NEVER thought I'd ever do one of these things... but I have given into peer pressure.
BUT ON THE PLUS SIDE... I'M GOING SAILING THIS WEEKEND!!! I am joining the sailing club and team here in College Station... I know the first thought that comes to mind is, "wait where is there water anywhere near college station..." and the answer is LAKE BRYAN!! haha well i cant complain yet b/c i have never been to lake bryan. but i am very excited b/c Betsy and Emily are joining plus hopefully some hot sailor guys... haha but everyone knows that only the best sail so it's a given that the hot sailor, jeep driving, guys will be there... hahaha chill out kenny i'm only partly kidding :)
Well my first week in Aggieland went fairly well seeing that the only down side is that i have issues in finding the correct classroom... I missed my first math class and sat thru an entire Junior stat class, and i also went to the wrong history class (but i realized it in time... the right room was next door haha) My profs are HILARIOUS!! and one is bitter/sarcastic and he reminds me of myself so it all works out. i think he will appreciate my SARCASM- subtle yet bitter shirt, which few seem to get or appreciate.
The first home football game is this weekend. so i'm pumped for STANDING UP in the sun for multiple hours to cheer my fellow aggies on to victory. haha actually i really am looking forward to it. That is one of the few traditions i will do/understand.
I love my roomie... she is awesome and we get along really well... it is fate when she shows up w/ a corvette calender and a corvette clock!! it makes a different corvette engine sound every hour!!
Well i've broken the biggest rule in our dorm twice now... sad that its only been a week. Russell and Adam came to visit me... at separate times, last weekend. No matter how nice the company was in bed w/ me... i must say sleeping in a twin bed alone is much more comfortable. But you guys are welcome anytime!
i finally got my jeep back after not having it for about 2 1/2 weeks... the total bill was $1,632, and the company paid for the whole thing.
it seems to be time for me to start doing some math homework... i'll try and write in this everytime i think about it... ciao!
