Not understanding human emotions is a sign of several major illness. I don't think its a matter of him being from another world, I honestly think he's mentally ill. It's not an excuse for his behavior, it's just fact. Guy's a sociopath.
Re: Jeonshik. Yes. This is a case of the parents forming their child. Now, even if his father had paid attention,. JS would properly still be spoiled and slimy, but maybe not to the degree he is now. I just feel sorry for him, because he is a slimy and a failure.
The brothers were just putting their feelings about Satan onto Min Woo, thankfully they saw their errors. I was just shocked that they would want Miju to abort, knowing that she is religious (as least according to the crosses and bible in her room) and knowing that she values family.
I am also happy that they keep bringing back Junmo. I really want to meet him. I hope he had a nice life.

Yes, you are right (that shows a difference btw him and Mama Satan - she is shallow and selfish but clearly she can understand emotions).
